It’s 2021 and a lot has changed, so I have created this new up to date kit blog. Below is almost everything I use and I shall try my best to keep on top of it.
- Lumix GH5-This camera is my most recent investment. It has excellent colors and a great “Look” straight out of camera, it performs very well in low light, the 4k footage looks superb, it has a flip out screen, in body stabilization and the battery life is excellent. The auto focus is is amazing also the stabilizer.
- Panasonic 14-140 Lens-The Panasonic 14-140mm f/3.5-5.6 is smaller and lighter, it is aimed at the kind of user who prefers one do-it-all zoom to lugging around lots of lenses.
- Rokinon 3.1-14mm Lens- Was developed primarily for film and video applications. The cine version of Rokinon's 14mm lens features industry-standard gearing for the focus and aperture ring, and the aperture ring has been de-clicked for smooth iris pulls. The aperture and focus scales have also been relocated to the side of the lens, where it is easier for focus pullers to read them.
- Rokinon 1.5-24mm Lens-I love these lenses so much. Offer such a nice looking image that’s both sharp and crisp but soft and smooth on skin tones. With good lighting and a good sensor. The shallow depth of field is also fun to play with on a wide angle 24mm.
